How do I create a photo gallery and link social channels in the member portal?

In the system, go to Settings > Photos > Add Photo Gallery to create a new gallery. You can give the gallery a title and set a publication date. By setting a date, the photos will be automatically placed in a timeline in the member portal. This way, members can easily see which photos were added in, for example, a specific month of 2025. Once you have saved and activated the gallery, it will appear in the member portal.

In the system, go to Settings > Personalize and scroll to the “Social” section. There you can add links to your Website, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook. Note: include the full link including https://. For example: https://www.clubcollect.com/en/. Once you have entered and saved the links, the icons will automatically appear in the member portal. Members can then click directly to visit your social channels.
