How do I make my Form only accessible via the member portal?

You can set up a form so that only logged-in members can access it via the member portal. Here’s how: Create a new form. Check the option: “This form is only accessible to members.”

Important: Also make sure the form is visible in the member portal. You do this via: Settings > Activities > Which forms should be shown? Select the option: “Let me choose which forms to show” and check the form. From then on, the form is only accessible to members logged in through the member portal. This way, you ensure that only your own members can respond.
