How do members log in to the member portal?

Members can log in via this URL by entering their email address or phone number.
Note: this must be the same email address or phone number that is registered in your member administration.
After entering their details, they will receive a one-time login link by email or SMS. By clicking the link, they get access to their personal page in the member portal.
When a member opens the link on a mobile phone, a pop-up appears offering to add the member portal to their home screen. This creates an app icon on their phone, allowing them to access the portal later without needing a new login link.
