How do I log in to the member portal?

The organisation you are a member of usually provides a link to the member portal on their website. Can’t find it? Please contact the organisation directly — they can provide you with the correct link if they use a ClubCollect member portal. You don’t need a password to log in. You log in using the email address or phone number known to the organisation’s member administration. You will then receive a one-time login link by email or SMS. Click on this link to open your personal page in the member portal. Are you opening the link on your mobile? A pop-up will appear with instructions to add the page to your home screen. This way, the portal appears as an app icon on your phone, giving you quick and easy access at all times.
