Referral Program

Terms and Conditions

By participating in the ClubCollect referral program you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. The ClubCollect referral program is available to all members of affiliated associations, school or other types of organisations, who make collect their membership fees through ClubCollect.
  2. You must be 18 years or age or older to participate in the ClubCollect referral program.
  3. To be eligible for the referral bonus, you must refer to ClubCollect an association, school or other type of organisation which is not an existing customer, or currently in negotiations with ClubCollect about becoming a customer.
  4. A referral will be deemed successful when a referred association, school or other type of organisation becomes a paying customer of ClubCollect within 12 months after being referred.
  5. For each successful referral, ClubCollect will reward you with an amount of €150. We will get in touch with you in order to process the payment
  6. ClubCollect reserves the right to change the referral bonus without notice and as it sees fit.
  7. You can't be an owner, employee, director or board member of the association, school or other type of organisation that you have referred.
  8. ClubCollect reserves the right to cancel any referral program without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time for any reason.
  9. All objections or disputes regarding the eligibility to participate in the referral program as well as the conditions required to receive the referral bonus will be resolved by ClubCollect at their sole discretion.
