Member transfers money directly to ClubCollect
To process a bank transfer, the club has to allow a payment through bank transfer in the profile that was used for the batch.
A member has to log in to his personal page and choose bank transfer as payment method to see payment instructions for the transfer. When our system receives the right amount with the correct reference, the payment will be automatically processed.
In the following situations the payment cannot be processed: no payment decision was made, the wrong amount was paid, the wrong reference was used. In these cases our system will refund the money within a few days.
