I did not receive my tickets, can you send me a new link?
Please contact the organiser of the event. You can do this by logging into your personal ticket page and using the "Ask a Question" button to send a message. The link to this page can be found in the email with your booking confirmation.
The organiser can check your contact details. If the email address is incorrect, the organiser can change it for you and send you the email with the link to the tickets again.
