To deactivate a member’s profile, you can go to the member’s page and click ‘Plans’. In here, you see all plans that the member is part of. Select a plan, click ‘Edit’ and choose a reason for termination. The member will be set to inactive once it no longer has any plans assigned to the profile.
In case the member still has an open invoice, it is important that this is either paid or credited before removal of all plans.
