Email address verified but email delivery still failed

In case the contact details show a green checkmark next to the email address but also shows an exclamation mark with the notice ‘Delivery failed’, this person or his email service provider has most likely marked our emails as spam, causing our emails to bounce. It could also mean this email address is no longer active.


In this situation, you can send a link to the invoice through SMS by going to the invoice page and choosing ‘Send link to invoice via SMS’.You can also ask the member whether the email address is still active or to unmark ClubCollect as spam.
