How can I scan the tickets?

Open your phone’s or tablet’s camera and point to a ticket’s QR code. You may have to confirm on your phone to “open” if it doesn’t open automatically. Your device should then open the tickets scanner app in a browser.

In case your device’s camera can’t recognise the QR code, you  can also find a button to the ticket scanner app in the ClubCollect system, in the Forms overview page. Or click here to open the scanner app.

You will need to sign-in using the same credentials that you use to sign-in in the ClubCollect system.
