Summary of submissions via Forms

All submissions that you received via Forms are visible in ClubCollect.

In the ‘Forms’ screen, you will find an overview of all (active and deactivated) Forms. Click on the arrow at the right hand side to see it’s details.

In the following screen, you will ding an overview of all settings for this Form. At the bottom of this page, you will find all submissions that were received through the Form. For every submission you see who responded and/or paid, and what they entered.
