Where can I find the bank account details that I can transfer my money to?
A bank transfer can only be done if your organisation offers this payment method for that invoice.
To see the account number and pay through a bank transfer, you first have to log in on your personal payment page to choose a payment method. Once logged in, click “View payment options and pay” and choose “Bank transfer”, after which you can have to option to pay in installments or at once. After this you will see an overview of the payment details, including the bank account number and payment reference. It is very important you copy the reference correctly in order for us to match your payment properly.
To make the actual transfer you have to login to your own bank and create a bank transfer or schedule the transfer to be paid at a later moment.
When the payment is processed by our system you will receive a notification. You can also find the status on your personal payment page.
